Cancellation Policy

Materials are purchased and prepared for you at time of your registration. Therefore the following cancellation fees are applied to any refunds made within the time limit outlined below.

For class sessions (such as Little Brushes, Levels 1-3 ,etc) any cancellation will result in a $25 fee.  The last day to cancel is listed on the event.  After the cancellation date, refunds will only be given (minus the $25) if a replacement can be found.

For single canvas events a 1 week notice is required. For wood events a 2 week notice is required. Cancellation fee of $15. No transfers to another class for a single class purchases.  No credit for late cancellations or no shows.

For Private events the minimum of 10 must be maintained.  Cancellations with refunds (minus the $15 per person cancellation fee) can only occur for parties of 10 or more. No refunds, credits if a 2 week notice isn’t given.

For Summer Camps: Before May 1:  $35 cancellation fee.  From May 1 to June 1: a refund minus $45 cancellation fee will ONLY BE GIVEN IF A REPLACEMENT IS FOUND. No refunds, transfers or credits if cancelled after June 1.
